I have always been in awe of the human body and firmly believe that movement is an important element of being a well-functioning human. After 20 years in practice, I am ever more ignited to support a wide variety of individuals and their equally individual goals. 

​

Using my unique set of expertise, I have crafted an integrated approach to work with each person who comes to me for treatment, drawing on postural restoration and positional breathing, pilates, hypopressives, strength, conditioning, breathwork and the mind-body connection to enhance physical and emotional health.

​​

Our work will always be developed together and with honesty, professionalism and opportunities to celebrate!

My main modality for twenty years has been osteopathy, and on this I am always building in my knowledge and passion for movement, fascia and strength-oriented fitness. I love the tenets of osteopathy, which I use as a framework to connect with somatic experience in a variety of ways. This includes my counselling practice, which has a strongly embodied approach, fascial flow movement and breathwork.

My books BodyBrainHeart and the BodySense Journal are there to support health and wellness professionals as well as their clients in navigating the path of change. The meeting point of relational living and somatic experience are offered in an easy-to-understand and usable way that lends to both the grit and sensitivity we need for this life.

​

I have also designed the BodyBrainHeart for Coaches, a webinar-based course to support people through the process and struggle of change.

How I work

My passion is to help people understand what makes their body function well, and their habits of the mind which strengthen or sabotage them. And I absolutely love to support and celebrate my clients when they reach their goals.

Whether you want to live without pain or PB your the next triathlon, have better relationships at home and work, or build your resilience and self-compassion, my goal is to help you get there.

Strong doesn't have to mean getting muscular or managing it all on your own; it's all about getting your feet on the ground, integrating your feelings with your thought and action, optimising how you move and, for some, performing better at your favourite sport.

In my 20 years in practice, I have focused heavily, not on pathology and dysfunction, but on keeps us well and living our fullest life. I want to you move well, breathe well, feel well and perform well.

​

  • Transactional Analysis Counselling - Foundation, Organisation & Education, People Practitioner - a total of over 600 learning hours and 250 supervised client hours

  • I have learned within amazing communities of professionals that I continue to learn from everyday

The clinic spaces I use are beautifully adapted to support relaxing treatments, increase your capacity in the rehab space, and for talking therapy if that's part of our work together. These include my own clinic Clinic on the Green, in Oxfordshire.
